The FlirtPilot mobile application (the "App") is operated by VelvoShopping d.o.o. ("we", "our", "us"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

• Account Data — When you sign up, we collect your email address and a secure account identifier via Supabase Auth. You may also use the App anonymously, in which case we do not collect an email address. Requests you make are authenticated with a signed session token that carries your account identifier, which we use to correlate your usage, purchases, and support requests with your account. We do not store your Tinder credentials — the App uses only cookies and tokens you explicitly provide for on-device automation, and these remain on your device.
• Profile Context — If you choose to save personal context about yourself (such as dating goals, self-description, interests, gender, or orientation), it is stored securely in your account to personalize suggestions. You can view, edit, or delete this at any time from within the App.
• Chat and Profile Screenshots — Screenshots of chats and dating profiles that you upload are transmitted to our servers and to our AI provider to generate suggestions. They are processed for the single request and are not stored permanently.
• Usage Data — We collect analytics (feature usage, error logs, performance metrics) to improve the App. This is linked to your account where applicable and is used only by us to operate and improve the App.
• Device Information — When you submit a support ticket with device info enabled, we collect a device identifier (such as the Android ID or Apple Identifier for Vendor), your operating system, and your operating system version. This helps us diagnose and correlate issues tied to a specific device. It is used only for support purposes and is never used for advertising.

How We Use Your Data

To provide, maintain, and improve the App; to authenticate you via Supabase; to process billing via RevenueCat; to generate AI-powered suggestions via our AI provider; and to send occasional service-related communications.

Data Sharing

We share your data only with the following processors, each acting under applicable data-processing agreements, and only to provide the App's features:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting (account data and your saved profile context).
• RevenueCat — subscription and payment management. To link your purchases to your account, we share your account identifier (your FlirtPilot user ID) with RevenueCat so your subscription entitlements follow your account. We never share screenshots or chat content.
• Cloudflare — serverless compute and observability (request handling and error logging).
• AI provider — generation of replies, openers, and profile insights. Chat and profile screenshots you upload are transmitted to this provider for processing and are not stored.
• GitHub — only when you submit a support ticket, to receive and track your support request (email, device identifier and device info, and your message).

We do not sell your personal data. We never share your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data Retention and Deletion

Usage counters and request logs are retained only as long as needed for operations and then deleted. Saved profile context is retained until you clear it using the "Clear my data" button or close your account. Screenshots are processed for the single request and are not retained.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can clear your saved profile context at any time from within the App using the "Clear my data" button in Account settings, and you may request full account deletion by contacting us. Children

The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy at this URL and updating the "Last updated" date.
